Brief Introduction

Automatic Multihead Filling & Capping Machine for Spray Bottles is composed of touch screen, PLC, metering pump, conveying system, starwheel & mold, filling nozzles, support frame etc. It is a new type of automatic filling machine with small footprint and convenient movement newly developed by our company. It is mainly designed for spray bottles automatic filling, insert pump cap and auto capping. This is the machine with small size, strong functions and wide range of applications. Via changing bottle mold, it can fast change different size bottle on the same machine.

Features

Famous brand touch screen, PLC, motor, electrical components, etc. are used to ensure machine system can working stable in long-term. The touch screen interface is simple and intuitive, and the equipment can be used proficiently without professionals.

Fully automatic production, automatic finished bottle feeding, liquid filling, insert pump cap, press/screw capping, outfeed of finished products; automatically stop filling when lack bottle or no bottle to avoid material waste.

The metering pump is equipped with a peristaltic pump as standard offer, and can be equipped with other metering pumps for option such as magnetic gear pump, gear pump, and ceramic pump.

The filling volume setting and filling speed of each pump can be independently adjusted and set

The machine has a counting function, which is convenient for users to count the production capacity.

The filling system adopts suck-back function to be anti-drip, which makes the filling more accurate.

The conveyor speed adjustable and adopts chain design, which has strong loading capacity, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, durable, non-deformable and easy to clean. The filling and bottle moving are smooth and stable.

The machine equipped with a screw capping/pressing capping device to realize automatic filling and capping, which greatly saves labor costs.

The whole machine is made of stainless steel 304, and the stainless steel surface is more beautiful by wire drawing processing, easy to clean and sterilize without hygienic dead ends, and meets the requirements of HACCP and GMP in the food and medical industry.
